Bukele renunciar\u00e1 en diciembre para buscar la reelecci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente salvadore\u00f1o Nayib Bukele renunciar\u00e1 a su cargo en diciembre pr\u00f3ximo, seis meses antes de finalizar su per\u00edodo de cinco a\u00f1os para manejar el \u00f3rgano ejecutivo, indic\u00f3 el jefe de fracci\u00f3n del partido oficialista Nuevas Ideas, Christian Guevara.<\/p>\n<p>El legislador del partido de Gobierno dijo en una entrevista al canal RPP, de Per\u00fa, que Bukele renunciar\u00e1 y nombrar\u00e1 a un delegado presidencial.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"El Salvador: Christian Guevara indica que Nayib Bukele podr\u00eda volver a postular a la presidencia\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zFanhODHUAM\" width=\"718\" height=\"404\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c9l va a renunciar en diciembre, va a designar un designado presidencial, valga la redundancia, y esta persona va a ser la que va a terminar sus seis meses de mandato que le restan de los cinco que establece el per\u00edodo electoral\u201d, asever\u00f3 Guevara, al ser consultado sobre la pretensi\u00f3n de Bukele para reelegirse, en contra de siete art\u00edculos de la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201c\u00c9l (Bukele) va a renunciar en diciembre, va a designar un designado presidencial, y esta persona terminar\u00e1 los \u00faltimos meses\u201d.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Christian Guevara, Jefe de fracci\u00f3n de NI.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El 2 de junio pasado, el vicepresidente, F\u00e9lix Ulloa, manifest\u00f3 que Nayib Bukele deber\u00e1 renunciar a su cargo antes del pr\u00f3ximo 1 de diciembre de 2023; es decir, seis meses antes del 1 de junio de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>La aspiraci\u00f3n de reelecci\u00f3n del presidente fue avalada por la Sala de lo Constitucional impuesta por el oficialismo, a trav\u00e9s de un auto de seguimiento a una demanda ciudadana que dio una nueva \u201cinterpretaci\u00f3n\u201d del art\u00edculo 152 sobre las prohibiciones para ejercer la presidencia.<\/p>\n<p>El art\u00edculo 156 de la Constituci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n proh\u00edbe la renuncia de Bukele, salvo \u201ccausa grave debidamente comprobada que calificar\u00e1 la Asamblea Legislativa\u201d.
